Why Buy from Elecvora?

Elecvora sources this product directly, cutting out multiple middlemen. Every order includes free shipping, a 15-day return policy, and secure payment via Razorpay.

The product adopts an industrial-grade chip, a high-precision imported SHT40 temperature and humidity sensor to ensure excellent reliability, high precision, and interchangeability of the product. Using an RS485 hardware interface (with lightning protection design), the protocol layer is compatible with the standard industrial Modbus-Rtu protocol. This product integrates the MODBUS protocol and the common protocol. The user can choose the communication protocol. The common protocol has an automatic upload function (connecting RS485 through the serial port adjustment tool will automatically output temperature and humidity). Note: This module does not support changing the slave ID.

Applications:

  1. Factory Detect
  2. Equipment box Detect
  3. Environmental test
  4. Home security

Features:

  1. Support MODBUS RTU protocol
  2. RS485 supports 1000 meters of communication
  3. Standard DIN35 mounting rails
  4. High precision
  5. Industrial products, high progress SHT20 temperature, and humidity sensor, the RS485 communication
  6. Standard MODBUS protocol and ordinary protocol, the user can choose communication protocol
  7. The baud rate can decide for themselves
  8. Temperature Precision: +/-0.5℃
  9. Temperature Resolution: 0.1℃
  10. Communication address:1~247(default 1)
  11. General agreement with automatic upload function, upload speed can decide for themselves

1 x MD02 Temperature and Humidity Transmitter SHT20 Sensor Modbus RS485

Setup Guide

1
Identify the pins
Locate VCC (power), GND (ground), and data pins (SDA/SCL for I2C, MOSI/MISO for SPI, or TX/RX for UART). Refer to the pinout diagram on the product page.
2
Wire to your microcontroller
Connect VCC to 3.3V or 5V (check the module spec), GND to GND, and data pins to the appropriate GPIO pins on your Arduino or Raspberry Pi.
3
Install libraries
In Arduino IDE, go to Sketch → Include Library → Manage Libraries and search for the sensor library. Install the recommended version.
4
Upload example sketch
Open File → Examples → [library name] → Basic Example. Upload to your board and open Serial Monitor to view output.
5
Calibrate if needed
Some sensors (temperature, humidity, distance) may need a short warm-up period or calibration. Run the calibration sketch if provided.
