The DC12V PWM DC Fan Speed Controller is a versatile device designed for controlling the speed of DC fans. Operating on a 12V power supply, this controller utilizes Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) to regulate fan speed. It includes a temperature probe for monitoring, and it can trigger a high-temperature alarm. This controller provides precise fan speed adjustments based on temperature changes, making it suitable for applications requiring temperature-sensitive cooling. Note: The channel range is only for the PWM range, the actual control effect will vary depending on the fan.

Features:

  1. DC12V PWM DC Fan Speed Controller
  2. Variable speed control using PWM
  3. Monitors temperature with an included probe
  4. High-temperature alarm functionality
  5. Suitable for DC fans
  6. Circuit load capacity: maximum current per output 5A, the bus currents up 9A
  7. Output Range: The first channel 20% -100%, or 40% -100% (TFL = ON)
  8. The second channel and the third channel are 10% -100%
  9. Temperature probe parameters: 50KB = 3950
  10. Stall alarm minimum speed: 700-800 rpm
  11. Ideal for temperature-sensitive cooling applications.

Package Includes:

1 x Speed Controller

1 x Temperature Probe

1 x Buzzer

Setup Guide

1
Charge the vehicle battery
Connect the vehicle battery to the included charger. Charge fully (typically 1–2 hours) before first run. Never leave charging unattended.
2
Install batteries in the transmitter
Open the transmitter battery compartment and insert AA batteries as indicated by the polarity markings.
3
Power on in the correct order
Turn ON the transmitter FIRST, then the vehicle. This prevents unexpected runaway movement.
4
Trim and calibrate
If the vehicle pulls left or right at rest, use the steering trim knob on the transmitter to centre it.
5
Start slowly
Begin with half-throttle to get a feel for the controls. Gradually increase speed as you become familiar with the handling.
