what is the use of temperature sensor in this board

It is to sense the ambient temperature.

This will support xpt2046_touchscreen 3.5 inch RPI display ?

Rpi displays are meant to operate with Raspberry pi Software which this product does not work with generally.

The board connected to the IoT cloud helps you automate industry/home/garden and control them from anywhere in the world. The WiFi and Bluetooth® connectivity is provided using a module from u-blox, the NINA-W10, a low-power chipset operating in the 2.4GHz range. This board is a development platform based on THEAJS32 ASIC which operates at a frequency of 100MHz. THEJAS32 SoC includes VEGA ET1031 Microprocessor, 256KB internal SRAM, Three UARTs, Four SPIs, Three TIMERs, Eight PWMs, Three I2C interfaces, 32 GPIOs, etc. This board is designed and developed by the Centre for Development of Advanced Computing (C-DAC) as part of the DIR-V Programme project funded by the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology, Government of India

Setup Guide

Identify the pins

Locate VCC (power), GND (ground), and data pins (SDA/SCL for I2C, MOSI/MISO for SPI, or TX/RX for UART). Refer to the pinout diagram on the product page.

Wire to your microcontroller

Connect VCC to 3.3V or 5V (check the module spec), GND to GND, and data pins to the appropriate GPIO pins on your Arduino or Raspberry Pi.

Install libraries

In Arduino IDE, go to Sketch → Include Library → Manage Libraries and search for the sensor library. Install the recommended version.

Upload example sketch

Open File → Examples → [library name] → Basic Example. Upload to your board and open Serial Monitor to view output.

Calibrate if needed

Some sensors (temperature, humidity, distance) may need a short warm-up period or calibration. Run the calibration sketch if provided.
