LT1965EQ#PBF-ANALOG DEVICES-LDO Voltage Regulator, Adjustable, 1.8 V to 20 V in, 1.2 V to 19.5 V out, 1.1 A out, TO-263-5.LT®1965 series is low noise/dropout linear regulator. Quiescent current is well controlled, it does not rise in dropout as with many other regulators. The LT1965 regulator have very low output noise which makes them ideal for sensitive RF and DSP supply applications. The LT1965 regulator is stable with output capacitors as low as 10µF. Internal protection circuitry includes reverse-battery protection, current limiting with foldback, thermal limiting protection. Typical applications are logic power supplies, post regulator for switching supplies, low noise instrumentation. Note: Images for reference only.
